Housing loan - emi cheque payment

I have taken loan of 20 Lacs from LIC Kasturba gandhi marg. My loan account no. is 011017838.

My last data of payment to builder has already gone. in spite of so many followups, i have not been able to receive my cheque.

For 15 days, LIC KG marg keep on telling that they have not received the papers. After so many follow ups, finally they manage to locate the papers and after processing, they send to asif ali office. now i am waiting for my cheque to be deliverd.

Irony is that, no body in any office of LIC housing fiannce, pick up the phone. where to contact.

There is some manager gurjeet, her phone is never picked up.

i do not know what kind of rubbish company is this. These LIC officers should be kicked out, only then they will come to know the reality.
