My pension for the month of Dec 11 has not been paid despite of vrious reminder in writing as well as orally. The Manager Customer PNB informed me that my pension for the Dec11 shall be paid with the pension of May 12 but pension for the month of Dec11 has not been paid yet.

Thus, it is clear that the above said bank failed to provide the service.
