My loan a/c no. is 11093629 and file no.404151.My november installment got dishonoured because of insufficient fund. Now that I've been intimated after 2 months with bank charges, additional interest and recovery charges of rupees 2259.Bank charges and addl interest is justified but recovery charges are unjust.

Please clarify.
