Complaint Regarding Housing Loan
Myself Shri Sunil Dewaji Karwade, serving, Storekeeper, at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Babhulgaon (Jahangir), Murtijapur Road, Akola - 444104 Maharashtra State. I Applied for the Housing Loan amounting Rs. 600000=00 Under the Scheme Grah Prakash towards LIC Housing Finance Ltd., . In connection with that I have already rupeess deposited 1103=00 vide receipt no. 0025914 dated 14/02.My file no. for this is 6113000127.and my sanctioned letter on dated 26/02.
After nearly 40 days one officials name Shri Ashutosh Tombhare visited my house when I requested in several times casualy he perform his inquiry and and told " Batata Hoo "
When I visited office on 15/04 Shri Ashutosh Tombhare met me with one lady MS Hema Lokhande. I requested then for Half an Hour but they not entertain me and their behaviour watch very bad like anything.
Respected Sir I came to know that LIC Housing Finance Ltd., one of best Housing Finance Company for that I approched your good office but dealing with your officials I felt very sorry to say, It shame for your department that your officials behaving is not upto the mark and upto the satisfaction level of good costomer like me. Myself is Central Govt. need a Housing Loan from your good office and you are not helping the Central Govt. Employee.
Sir, who will aspect the housing loan from you if your behaviour is like that.
I have spent the amount 1103=00 for processing fee and you not process for my loan so what can I expect from you. So kindly process my loan or return me the processing fee if you are enable to process the same.
All the documents are relevant and as per requirement of loan facilities.
