About interest-principle amount certificate

Dear Sir,

I have Taken Loan from LIC housing finance, swargate, Pune. for tax declaration i need interest/priciple amount certificate documents. from 8 days i was contineously followup, but no response from lic housing finance office.

pl suggest me
