E.C.S not started due to wrong entry of bank a/c no. in the data in L.I.C.I branch

Respected Sir,

I Mrs. Madhumita Swarnakar Gupta Wife of Bablu Gupta want to late you know that i had started a policy named Jeevan Anand (with profits) on 5.11. policy no 579762546 date of commencement 28.10.2012 with a monthly E.C.S system with State Bank of India via A/c no-110207772483 in the L.I.C.i. Branch-no-15, Jeevan Jyoti, 47, Ashutosh Mukherjee road Kolkata-20

But suddenly i found that my premium is not deposited properly. Then I went to the branch office where the manager told me that i didn't submitted the mandate form signed and verified by the S.B.I Bank. Then I submitted the mandate form properly signed and verified by the said Bank, but in the mean time i had to pay my premiums by cash for the month of November, December, January.

Then the manager assured that it will not happen next month. Then again the same problem appeared to me and i was told to submit the xerox of the mandate form again and deposit 2moths premium together in cash. I did so.

Then I went to talk to the manager and he told me that the data of my S.B.I A/C no. in the head office was entered wrong. In the mandate form the A/C No. is 11207772483, but in the data according to the manager its, 112077772483, which is wrong. And its there duty to correct the account number to start my ECS properly. The manager assured me that he will make sure that he the data corrected by the the next due date of the premium.

But after all these still nothing is done and and i have to pay my two premiums together. I told the manager that i want to withdraw everything and refund my money. I dont want to continue with these type of system. He suddenly gave me a paper and told me he don't have any problem just give a letter he will did it, I was shocked.

Till now i am suffering with the same problem.

Today i was told to wait till Monday 5th July for the E.C.S or otherwise i have to pay again by cash.

I am fed up with all these things happening to me every month. There was no fault no wrong data was given from my side. All the documents is in proper order, then who is responsible for all of these and who is going to correct the data?

I need your help to solve my problem. Kindly help.
