CLAIMENT:-MRS SONOSHI DEVI AGARWALLA

BRANCH: LICI, TINSUKIA, DVN:-JORHAT, STATE:-ASSAM.

MY HUSBAND PAID ALL THE PREMIUM IN TIME TILL HIS DEATH. AFTER HIS DEATH WHEN CLAIM WAS LODGED LICI SETTLED ONLY PAID UP VALUE SAYING POLICY WAS IN LAPSED CONDITON. IT WAS WRONG. THEY HAVE NEVER INTIMATED ABOUT THIS WHILE HE WAS ALIVE. I COMPLAINED TO CHAIRMAN ALSO.HE HAS ACCEPTED THE CLAIM ON EX GRATIA BASIS UP TO 75% ONLY. I DID NOT ACCEP IT AS AFTER LONG 7 YEARS THEY HAVE ACCEPTED IT TO SETTLE FOR 75% THEN WHY NOT 100%. AFTER THEN THEY KEPT MUM TILL TO DAY. I AM STILL HOPING THEY WILL SETTLE IT IN MY FAVOUR WITH FULL PENALITY.PLEASE HELP ME.
