Since 3 years I have been walking from home to office as regular for my husbands death claim. My policy numbers are 416162687, 416162674 (Kasba Branch). My husband name was Late Iswar Prasad Gupta, Sir as per stated by the administrative officer my case has been sent to divisional office. My husband ran this policy till 4 years from 2008.We are the poor people we need your kind attention to get my claims as early as possible.
