NOT GETTING DEATH CLAIM

My name is Sunil Arora. My Sister's husband Late Shri. Anil Kumar died 2 years back. He was having two polices of LIC INDIA. One policy named jeewan kishore we recieved claim within six months, but the other policy no.-120897662 we are not getting claim and nobody is reponding us from LIC. I have sent many emails to concern persons but not getting any response from LIC. Even i have mailed to OMBURSMEN many time but still not getting any response.
