Complete Lack of Responsibility towards Policy Holders

Reg: New Jeevan Suraksha-I, policy no.231003741

I had started a JS pension Plan while at Kanpur giving my residential & correspondance address of Faridabad. I have been receiving the Notice to pay INR 10, 000/- in or before DEC of an year but there has been no correspondance after Dec 07 whereas I should have been getting my dues after DEC;

IS IT NOT THE DUTY OF `M/S LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY-LIC to contact (At the address of the INSURED) and pay the INSURED? (They have branches allover)

I wonder as to what happens to the Money of those holding Life Insurance FROM LIC AND DIE before filing any complaint/ grievences. It is pertinent to revoke RTI Act to know as to how many such cases/ un-claimed are stored with LIC rather INTENTIONALLY?? OR

IS it a hidden source of Revenue for them (Not contacting/Paying to the INSURED-till their DEATH)-???
