Ref. Master Policy No. GS (CA)/46938.
I have been regularly getting my Monthly Annuity Amount of Rs.1632/- deposited directly in my bank account till the Month of June which has been suddenly stopped thereafter. I may kindly be informed the reason, and also if I need to do anything at my end.
I am filing this comlaint after trying hard to get the information on the Phone which is busy most of the time or the call does not filters to the right Ext./concerned person.
