Not getting status of my policies

I got the market plus policy (no 195849257) in 21 fab 2007 deposited 3 instalments of 20000 thousand and another policy money plus policy (no 195849262) in 21 fab 2007 deposited 3 instalments of 20000 thousand.

how can i get the status of my policies on email. nobody is responsing in the LIC offices.
