DID NOT GET THE E-RECEIPT

Dear Sir, my insurance policy no. is 114868317 and my premium of said policy is due on 23rd Sept (Last due date is 23rd Oct), and on 28th Sept I had paid the premium through net banking, but after paying my premium I am still waiting for my E-Receipt.

Usually I got my receipt instantly thats why I am writing to you.
