Non Receipt of Annuity

I am getting Supperannuation Annuity from Life insurance Corporation of India - Master Policy No. GSCAB/304748, Annuity No. 011Y0224067383

Annuity of Rs 16052/- was due by 24 Feb against the above policy which I have not yet recd. may be due to change of my address

Also please note that, I have not yet received 1st. Instalment of Rs.1052/- which was due on 24.02.2008.

Two months back I have applied for Change of address and ECS/NEFT, but not sure about the update.

I would therefore need to get payment for the 2008 & 2011 instalments through ECS/ NEFT.
