Non receipt of money back payment

Sir,

I have not received the third installment on my money back policy no.812872241which was about to reach to me on 15/05 and on inquiry they have been told that the ch.is already dispatched to your old address but i have changed my address and informed accordingly to post office but even though a ch.no. is given by them to me bearing the ch.no. EG-7165560781N.pl.do needful so as the payment may reach to me at earliest.
