Empowrement invoice not recive the cash

My marchant id invoice is 27th friday.2:56 p.m.invoice id no:05292927.This invoice is not reciving in s o mangalagiri or main branch.28th saturday also trying in s o mangalagiri a a o annavaram also more times trying in invoice is not reciving.please rectify my id problem.
