No action taken after 1 year on application of refund of amount lying with licofindia policy number 641922431

I have applied for a refund amount of approx 27, 000/- on my policy number 641922431 which is lying in lapse but neither they have sent my amount cheque nor they have replied i am in need of that money that is lying with licofindia and is my hard earned.
