Bad Service for Change of address

Dear Sir,

I have permanently shifted from Visakhapatnam and settled down in Secunderabad and hence requested LIC to transfer my policies to Secunderabad. I have approached the Visakhapatnam branch and Secunderabad Branch (bo 69s and bo 64y) and written mails as adviced by them including to the CRM (attached mail refers), since Apr. However, no action has been taken in this regard and neither have my mails been replied to even from the CRM.

Would request LIC to immediately take action in this regard. One of my policie is maturing this year.
