Not Satisfied with Service

Sir/ Madam

I Pushpa Verma holding Jeevan Saral policy and my policy No. 332974568. Commencement Date is on 18/06. I would like to inform you my policy premium is paid thorugh ECS facility. But from the month of April policy premium is not paid though ECS. I don't know what is problem going on. Again & again I am facing the same problem. I choosed the ECS facility for my convenience. Not for taking pain.

I have approached to higher authority for the same. But I didn't any feedback from LIC. My First complaint was on 31 Jul and Second is on 22 Aug.

It's not fault that premium is not paid in time... but your's fault why should I pay that.

Why a client is suffer... because of your fault.

I thought to take 2 more policy but such kind of service is not expect able.

I don't have that much to all detail every time & client seek for the better service not for problem.

I don't want to continue my policy further. I want my total payment back... Bcoz I am not satisfied with your service...

Kindly reply as soon as possible.
