Regarding harrasement in paying premium

Sub: Complain regarding harassment to public

Dear Sir,

I, Mr. Vinod M Makwana, have been working as Assist. Professor in Mechanical Engineering Department since 19/02 at Government Engineering College, Bhuj. One office is provided to pay premium of LIC in bhuj in Kutch (Gujarat) and it’s branch office code is 821. One rule made by this branch office that each person has to be write the policy number on Rs. 500/- and Rs. 1000/- currency note during paying of premium in your office.

What’s important that public is not manufacturing any currency note. It is made by RBI, India. People have trust on Rs. 500/- and Rs. 1000/- note because that are given by ATM of all bank in India. It’s not our responsibility that currency note is wrong or true. A person who taking premium in your office has a responsibility to check this not whether it is corrects or duplicate. Better solution is that this office must have a machine that checks a currency note whether it is duplicate or not.

What is the drawback by this formula written below?

1. Each person take time of minimum 3 minutes to write the policy number on currency note of Rs. 500 and 1000.

2. Currency note will damage in future.

3. It takes too much time hence it create crowd of people and do fighting to pay premium.

4. Only few people can pay a premium in whole day because of your this worth idea.
