My life policy 061133375 matured for payment during Nov. After receiving the maturity notice during Oct I informed the misplacement of the policy to LIC. Promptly I received instructions to submit an indemnity by a creditwothhy person.
The indemnity as required by them was submitted to LIV Hyderabad branch 650 during December.
During Jan I was informed their Mumbai office would verify the authenticity of the indemnity and I shall be informed about the development shorty.
From Februray onwards many mails were sent to branch office 650 as well as complaint officers at Hyderabad. Even telephonic reminder evoked reply stating the concerned emplyee is on leave and after his resuming duties matter shall be resolved.
Not satisfied with the reply I complained to The Ombudsman at Hyderabad on May 15. I am yet to recive any reply from any of LIC's compaint redressal Officers.
When can LIC find time to reply me and remit the amtured amount against policy 061133375.
