Non receipt of Annuity

I superannuated from Foster Wheeler India Pvt Ltd, Chennai and my super annuation fund was with LIC.

I opted to receive annuity and I was to receive payment of my first annuity of LIC P&GS on 16 Feb.

LIC P&GS, Chennai asked me to submit bank details which I submitted (in Nov by speed post) as follows:
