NON RECEIPT OF MONEY BACK INSTALMENT

Dear Sir;

I am having Moneyback policy vide no. 811526354.I have got moneyback installment of this policy after deducting 04 premium lapsed, but i have already paid this lapsed premium amount by deducting from my salary. I have also got confirmation from Lic office, Thasra branch but I am not getting this lapsed premium amount till today.
