NON RECEIPT OF ANNUITY SINCE 2009

I was in receipt of annuity amount of Rs. 2150/- yearly as a part of superannuation of my last employer Reliance industires ltd. Annuity of Rs. 2150/- has been deposited to my saving account by ECS since 2001 till 2008 every year on first week of july. But from 2009 till today same has been discontinued without any communication from LIC P&G S DEPT. VADODARA.

pl. look into matter and resolve same at the earliest.
