I have forwarded my Life Certificate in the month of Nov signed by another SBI Manager in Tirchy and faxed the same to SBI Naval Base also Couriered the same. After Viewing my account in the month of Apr My account was not credited with my pension.
Tried calling the SBI land line no but to my vain the no was not been picked up by any of the person. On enquiry came to know that the land line is not working. I called Branch Manger on his Mobile No 9912111463, he said if you can resend the same. I did resent all the documents in original to him on 03.05.2011 vide professional courier and confirmed with the courier personnel that the same has been delivered at the destiny on 06.05.2011.
BUT WHEN I ENQUIRED ABOUT MY PENSION STATUS ON 18.05.2011 AND ON 19.05.2011 BRANCH MANAGER SAYS THAT THEY HAVE NOT RECIEVED THE SAME WHY THERE IS NO PROPER RESPONSE TO THE CUSTOMERS FROM THEIR SIDE.
BECAUSE THIS THE PEOPLE ARE FACING ENORMOUS FINANCIAL AND MENTAL HARRASMENT FROM THE SBI NAVAL BASE.
