My daughter purchased a Policy with LIC India., she opted for ECS
the date was wrongly put as 28th, now she wants change it to 10th of every month as her salary is paid on last day of the month.
On request to Branch Manager, LIC
They maintain that neither date can be altered not policy can be cancelled
My daughter wants pay by cheque or ECS date be changed to 10th of Every month., a written request has fallen on deaf ears.
can anybody help me.,
Grievance Officer was also addressed, but to no action has been taken.
