NOT GIVING MY AGENT PORTAL CODE SINCE LAST 1 YEAR

I m an LIC agent since last one and a half year but my LIC branch 12L (Hardev Puri, Delhi) does not give my agent portal code to me.

I tried for it during last one year at many time but they anly tell that humne mail bheji hui hai uska jawab abhi tak nahi aaya hai.
