My name is ramesh kumar I am complaining against lifeinsurance corporation of india and the agent mr. alwalredy. and the state bank of india kalwakurty branch also. now the case details asfollows...
1. i was taken two jeevan shree policys in the name of N.ramesh kumar and the N.veera bharathi My wife
2.i was given the cheque as premium payment but it was bounced. after retur of the cheque the premium
was paid by cash through my agent mr alwal reddy
3.after the second premium the agent was taking the cash and paying the premiums but the agent says
once cheque was bounced the company was not taking any further transactions through cheque.
4.one day the total premium amount was not available some of the amount willbe less. then the agent
alwalreddy says in life insurance corporation of india giving revival fecility they are giving loan and
deducted as premium and the interest rate also willbe fifty paisa per hundred rupee
5. the alwalreddy taken the policys of original and taken the signature on one blank loan application form.
6. after complition of seven years of period the premiom pendings is nearly both the policys two lakhs
eighty one thousand. The agent came to me said the policys are lapsing you have to pay the entire
amount.
7. then i was given two lakhs eighty five thousand and the agent also given the one receipt also but the
policys was not in force.
8.iwas asking the agent he was telling the lic is there the office is there go and ask him then i was went
the office of the lic kalwakurty branch.
9.in the branch the policys premiums was not deposited, and the another problem is identifide there is a
saparate lloane account.
10.the two lakhs eighty five thousand rupees not deposited in the lic they are saying at the branch but the
premium receipt was given to me.
11.there is a continues loan transactions in my and my wifes account with the forgery signatures.
12.the company given the cheque in the name of N.ramesh kumar and N.veera bharathi but the
encashment of cheques was in the account of agent allwalreddy in the bank sbh how is it possible.
13.the cheque has stamping of not negotioble the how can it transfer the anothers account.
14.the branch manager saying you dont have any bank account then the agent encashed his account
and given to you
15.Grieveance cell. first iwas approached the lic greaveance cell and given the complaint three times
but they are taking no action
16.after complaining grieveance cell complition of one year iwas approached police station
17.In police station also they are not taking the case then iwas approached the courte.
18.the court order the investigation to the police. but the police after complition of two months submitted
the report of the case. the jurisdiction is not under my police station
19.again the court order the another police station hear also the police station not coming in the
jurisdiction of the case but the police investigate the case and subbmit the report.
20. the police report was subbmitted as lack of evidence. but the police officers investigated one point
i was given cheque to the life insurance corporation of india was bounced.
21.Now iam asking the lic says i dont have any bank account so the loan amount was withdrawed in the
agents account. hear the police officers says my cheque was bounced in lic who is correct?
22.what about the forgery of loan application forms
23.what about lifes guaranteed to me and my wife iam a retired private employ.
24.the state bank of india how can they transsfer the amount anothers account it is possible
25.the policys value is 500, 000 rupees each the grevience cell not answering the about this case
the main poin is the application forms of loan and loan sanctiond cheques was not given to the my
own letter. the lic and sbi saying it is confidential not giving any body
26.but i was applied through RTI act then only they are given the documents but some of the documents
was kept and remodified in my and my wifes files.
27.i was enquired in kalwakurty area there are nearly ninty to hundred agents is there somany policys
was incashed like these the branch of lic and sbi is mutually cooperates the these types of
transactions and lifting the money in public policys.
