I happened to receive a letter from your end on 27.01.2011.

regarding My complaint no. 0004978300/1 dtd 12.01.2011.

In the letter it was mentioned that the complaint has been resolved from your end,

Could you kindly let me know how was it resolved, as I do not have any knowledge of it being resolved.

Long back one of your employ from Rajajinagar branch at Bangalore informed that that I have won the luck dip which I had participated and could collected the free insurance as a gift.

Accordingly, I visited your Rajajinagar office. there one of youremployee Mr. Sidque (Mobile No. 9164290764) requested me to join in an investment plan to which I obliged.

According to the plan I was supposed to pay Rs. 5250/- once in 3 months for 3 years and after 3 yrs if required, I could withdraw the interest and bonus accumulated.

More over I would be insured for 2lacs.

The plan is for 30yrs if interested I can pay for 15yrs which would be more beneficial.

The next day Mr. Sidque collected the cheque from me and informed me that he would be back in 15 days time with the policy and the receipt for the cheque received.

Unfortunately, for the past few months I have been trying to contact Mr. Sidque but would never receive my calls.

I started calling from different phones. He would receive the call, as soon as he comes to know that I am calling, he would give the phone to his friends and his friend would say that he is in a meeting.

In the meantime I complained to your customer care and informed that I have to have my policy number to make payments as well as to send me the policy document and the receipt.

They also were not bothered to send me the policy document or the receipt. instead they informed me that My policy has been taken up on a different plan where the payment is to be made annually

Recently about a month back your another employ Mr. Kabir (mobile No. 9738960077) attended to the call made to Mr. Sidque and he visited me and took My complain letter to your office.

After that I received 2-3 SMS on my mobile stating that the complaint has been received there - is being processed - etc...

but till date, I have not received either the original policy document or the receipt for my cheque.(wherein my cheque was en cashed with out any delay).

Pls do let me know how have you resolved my complaint when you have not yet delivered me my orginal policy document, Receipt or refunded the amount taken from me.

I would like to inform you that the complain will be closed only when you repay me the Rs. Five thousand Two Hundred and Fifty collected from as you have proved your self that your company is does not have any moral standard.

Accordingly I do not wish to be your client. and request you to kindly repay me my money with interest, and free me of the mental agony caused by you people.

I really do not expect any extra compensation from your end. (as you know that you have not even bothered to resolve the issue, but only sent a letter stating that the issue is resolved.) but, at the same time I am forced to inform you that you are supposed to pay a compensation for not able to keep up the promises made while collecting the amount from.

Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

I happened to read a few complain from other people on this website which proves that reliance is hell bend on cheating poor people.
