Negligance in amount transfe

Sir, last week @18th aug a cheque no 922466 rs 41059=00, is deposited in hdfc bank durg, for our current a/c. no 07712560000259 in our name (limra traders-bilaspur c.g)

today is 23rd aug it's not comes in our a/c.

may i want to know why? & my collique visit bank ask the madam why it's not deposited, she said that she forget & than said monday it will reflect, today is tuesday still not yet deposited?

just now a cheque of mines, which i given to a party rs 15000/, is bounced by bilaspur branch.

sir, who will responsible for this cheq bounce?

from 18th to 23rd its 5days (3 working days you have @friday&saturday&today tuesday)

MAY I WANT TO KNOW SHALL I CLOSE THE A/C "S (3) IN HDFC BILASPUR BRANCH

SATURDAY ALSO I COMPLAINT BUT NO ANY REPLY FROM CUSTOMER SERVCESS, (THIS SERVE IS ONLY FOR ONE SIDE OR YOU TAKE ANY VE ACTION)
