Irresponsible behaviour of SBI, Mira Road (E) Branch Manager, Dist-Thane

Sir,

I went to open an A/c at SBI, Mira Road (E) Br. 1st time their staff informed me you fill the form & bring back the xerox copy. I filled and submit my form& xerox then they told, they want original for verification second time I submitt the original & xerox. Last the Branch Manger told they wants some other papers like agreement copy etc, first they told Pancard & Ration card, now the Manager told Ration card is not acceptable we want agreement copy.

I sat sometime there but, Somany people came for A/c opening and other matters. But the Manager behave very lazy and irresponsible. He told the people you go other branch and meet other branch somebody. Somany people shouted and went back. What is this? This is Govt. service? If one branch comes nearby us we depending there only & they should solve our problems. Why should we go faraway? This type of irresponsible persons spoil the Bank name & cheating the customers.

So kindly request you to please stop the irrespective manner & save the society.
