530300 & 5303005 Name not Known
Unauthorisedly charged my prepaid a/c

Some unknown agency having the no.530300 & 5303005 charged from my prepaid BSNL mobile balance about Rs.100.00 in three instalments in August & September through sms on account of "MISSU5" which I never authorised them to do. I replied to their sms asking for details. But those were not responded to. I went to BSNL Jadavpur Office on 17.9.2010 who failed to tell the identity of the sender.

I requst you to identify the sender and arrange to make them refund my money and advise them not to resort to such fraudulent act in future.
