Hi,

This is regardin my Loan Amount. I have taken a loan of RS.3, 00, 000. I have paid 33 installment and have 15 installments more.

Bank has levied unncesssary cheque bounce charges and when enquired with the collection executive. It was informed that all amount would be reverted and the same would be confirmed through mail. Even after my frequent follow ups nothing was communicated. Hence stopped paying my EMI for last 3 months. This month they have again followed up. I have changed address and my parents are staying at my old address. I said i would pay the amount within weeks and enquired the charge reversals. They refused to accept and the same now they are frequently disturbing my parents who are aged and sick. My father is a heart patient and its seriously affecting. Collection executive is still staying in my house and even after repeated requests that i would pay in the bank within two days. Collection manager from Bank Sukumar who was contacted by the number 99622500 - Sukumar, where should i come and collect the amount today. This has caused lot of mental disturbance to me and my family and has created lot of shame among our neoghbours. Kindly intervene.
