I have seen an advertisemtn in a leading newspaper regarding sanction of loan for various purposes like education. house, car etc. Accordingly i contracted the party over phone and made enqwuiry about the loan which was an urgent need for me. They instructed me do deposit some money for processing fee. after that they given an letter of loan sanction and instructed me to deposit some mmoney for legal expenses. after that they instructed me to deposit money for various reason. I have depoisted the said money in their bank account. All payment are made through bank only. after collecting near about one lacs, they agains they asked for depositing more money for one or another reason. then i stopped to deposit the money in their account. Now they not returning the money deposited or giving loan to me . if required i am ready to give all the details of banking transaction phone no etc. is there any remedy for getting back money whihc i deposited in their bank account
