Pnb Debit Card Activation

Dear sir,

I have issued a pnb debit card from this branch some day ago but this debit card yet not be activated.when i use this debit card a message display on the atm machine '' pnb debit card should used after 24 hours of activation. or otherwise contact the bank branch''. i try many more times but everytime same message shown here. i contact the branch but they didn't any response to my complaint.

please, anybody online solve my this problem?
