MNC company (Lock & Lock) sent us manpower requirement on mail the we sent our term and condition. after then asked us to send candidate. one of our candidate got offer and he joined. but after joining of candidate company is not paying and saying that we will not pay as not signed any written agreement.now what could be done.
We have following proof on mail:
Details of mail:
1- 14 Jan time-11:59 am mail sent to us by company for requirement.
2- 14 Jan time: 12:15 pm mail sent to [email protected] (your company) by us for our term and condition with agreement soft copy.
3- 14 Jan time: 12.30pm Company agreed with term and condition (Telephonic ally) and asked for
Resume.
4- 14 Jan time:3.39pm resume sent according to requirement by us.
5- Interview schedule of few candidate but rejected and selected through own reference and wasted our time, resource and money.
6- Again 5 April Requirement of ASM sent to us.
7- 6 April we sent resume by us of few candidate including Swarup roy and after interview he selected and issued offer letter with joining date of 18/04.
8- Our candidate Swarup roy joined and as per term and condition we raised invoice.
9- Later company told my client that you will pay after 90 days but before completion of 90 days company terminated candidate and told our client that you will not pay any fee now. But after few discussion company agreed to pay on 20/06 on condition that our client will provide free replacement for which you asked written for the same.
10- After receiving letter you denied to pay on basis of that company paid candidate because candidate sent company legal notice for termination.
11- We sent you several reminders for payment but Compan didn’t reply any one of that.
