Activatn of sms scheme without prior warning

SMS 44 scheme has been activated without prior notice... now when i want to deactivate it the mobile assistant has informed me that my balance would not be returned... this is pure disrespect and cheating on part of the company... i would like my 44rs to be returned within 24hrs
