Pay card not activated

Dear sir,

I joined the Rs.650 scheme in the month of June'09 n there after enrolled my downline stoo, I received my pay card only in the month of November and is still not activated my pay card. No.4629520327318812, please see that its activated at the earliest. So, that i can withdraw my commission.
