Dear Sir / Madam,

Sub: Pending for Part of PF settlement

PF NO: TN/35791/96158

I had applied my PF-Settlement on 05/05/09 through Mafoi Consultancy -Coimbatore, I have worked from Nov'07-Oct'08 (Under the control of Ma Foi Consulting Solutions Ltd.,), But I received PF Settlement amount of Rs.3995/- only On 15/10, As per consultancy statement part of amount will be given shortly but PF Helpdest saying that FORM 10CA not given, Everthing has been handover to MaFoi at once in the month of may'09. Its long pending Kindly help me and resolve this issue at the earliest.
