Poor service

Hi,

i have to say about pnb branch in siyana (bulandshahr).they give such a very stupid service in bank to customer. They do not how to talk customer they think we are his servant. Even Manager attitude is also same. They are not ready to tell about bank policy. Really Such a stupid policy.
