Sir,

I worked mafoi mangement consultancy, as a DST SALES ASSOCIATE, to TATA COMMUNICATIONS INTERNET SERVICES LIMITED. from 22/10 to 31/10. after i left tata communications internet services limited. i contacted mafoi for appliying provident fund. they told me to apply after two months day of left. after two months which date ipplied idont know but after two month. ipplied. again i checked after six month. i called chennai provident fund office. they told me not received your application. again i contacted.bangalore mafoi management consultancy.they told still you'r application lying hereonly. after meeting somany times application as send bangalore to chennai office.they toled me within six months, your provident fund it'l credit to your account.still iam not received isend the mail to relating to pf quiers, but they ar saying shortly you'l get we cont give the deadline.

I surffered a lot, and i submitted correct form and cancelled cheque and id proof. everything.

i think you;l tacke car this issue. please find the details, attachment.
