Res Sir,
We have our current a/c with HDFC BANK BR.BHUSAWAL since November
As per condition we maintained average balance till JUNE
As we were very much new in the cotton business & some government decision which affect the private cotton business very much we failed to maintain average balance from 1/7 to 30/9.The fresh season started from November.we approached to BR- BSL & note MR Ajay Jain (B.M) & discussed about AQB charged to us & to be charged to us after the fund is available in our A/c. At the time of September there was about 5000 crore balance in our a/c, so since March there was zero balance in our a/c.
MR Ajay Jain assured orally that he would reimburse all the AQB charges. On his commitment we again started to deposit our funds with HDFC BANK.
But since November till today we are only receiving promises from MR Ajay Jain & the new branch manager sir
We have already taken six meetings with BR BSL but until today only assurances are received.
So you are requested to do all necessary action & oblidye us.
I would like to mention here that we could stop our dealing with HDFC BANK and there was nothing fund available in our A/C to be debited as AQB charges but on Mr. Ajay Jain commitments we started to deposit in HDFC Bank.
So, you are kindly requested to do the needful in stipulated time and oblidge us.
As the new season is going to start from 1/10. We hope that you will kindly take this matter sincerely. And if we not get positive result from you, we would not able to deal with HDFC in future.
