The Electricity Bill dated 25/05 for the Consumer No. 000228725463 shows the amount payable as Rs.630/-, as the meter reading has been indicated as faulty. A copy of the Bill is enclosed.
I would like to state that the Meter No. 9000027812 is not faulty and the reason for no change in the reading is that the flat is vacant from April and will be vacant till August as some renovation work is being carried out in the flat. I, therefore, request that I may be charged for the actual consumption as per meter reading/minimum charges during the period from May to August. The amount paid against this bill may please be adjusted against future bills.
