Subject: Complaint against wrong amount being charged.

With reference to our order no.9113 dated 30th March for the supply of gas cylinder, we note with regret that the amount on the computerized receipt was Rs.281.20 and the amount written on the other receipt which was to be kept with the shopkeeper was Rs.310.00 and that was written in pen. We got the delivery on 1st April in the morning but they are giving us the receipt dated 30th March and still charging Rs310.00 though we know that the charges have increased but they are applicable from 1st April so how can they give us the receipt which is wrongly dated (i.e.30th March) and charging the amount that is applicable from 1st April.

Our only concern is that we should get the receipt which is dated (i.e.1st April) correctly then we would pay the amount of Rs.310.00
