i had met with an accident in my car. i gave the car in the showroom they gave me the estimation of 3500 it costs for bumper and bonet replacement and roof painting with insurance. it charges extra if any small damages inside i said to check weather any damages and to intimate me. and i had given my car on before last Monday IE..(on 30-09) he gave me the delivery date as (04-10) till now no response. now after i gave the car on 30th he called me once and gave the other damage details and gave a rough estimation of 7000rs after a week till no now IE (09-10) response. he is behaving so rudely and talking very harshly. now he called me and saying that you got rough estimation of 14000rs with insurance with out any intimation. he told that i will call u and tell the perfect delivery date and switched off his mobile. i visited 10 times after i gave my car.his behavior is not yet all good with customers. his name is i.chandra sekhar his mobile number is 9703843737. i am not at all satisfied with the service. i had went to many showrooms but i never faced situations like this please take care of these matters. hope you will respond to my complaint.
