I purchased a new Maruti Alto K10 car from AVG Tiruvalla as exchanged with my old Maruti 800 under True Value. AVG arranged insurance for my new car with bajajallianz. My car met with an accident on June 3. The vehicle was taken to another Maruti work shop room- Sarati Tiruvalla. They completed the work, but my claim for insurance was not sanctioned by bajaj allianz surveyor saying that I need to produce the NCB certificate. The certificate was with the AVG who arranged my insurance. They searched for the certificate and it is still missing. The Oriental Ins company will not issue another certificate. They said if the bajajallianz asks them for a confirmation they can produce. Instead of doing that they are asking the customer to produce the certificate for sanctioning a claim.
