MARUTI NATIONAL INSURANCE
Claim not settled till date

I repaired my maruti Swift car after accident in Sharma automobile Center, Manendragarh in the month of Dec. Since it is a authorized service center of Maruti Suzuki my claim was sent to Divisional Office of National Insurance Bilaspur through the owner of the service center Mr. A K Sharma and surveyor Mr. Rakesh Trivedi. I contacted these persons as well as the insurance office Bilaspur but till today the claim is not settled/not reimbursed to me and even I am not getting proper response from them. I don't know what to do? should I go to consumer court? Please advice...
