Loan fineshed but not give RC book

Dear sir, i have loan from mas finance services ltd, for buy a bike RTO NO> GJ *Q 8578... i finished load 7 months ago. after fineshed load i request for give a RC BOOK with bank statment but till this date i dont give any answer by load provider company... Dahyabhai J Chaudhary
