Max Bupa not repaying excess premium mistakenly charged during buying process

I am a 1 month old customer of Max Bupa and I am already so frustrated with their service that I regret having taken this policy. on 12th May while buying the Heartbeat Gold policy (premium INR 16534), my credit cards got swiped thrice mistakenly. I have trying ever since to get my balance INR 33068 back from Max Bupa but without any effect. My service request number lodged on 18th May is 65972. I have not got my money back till now after 1.5 months. Hundreds of calls to the call center, customer service officers taking "personal care" and promises have yielded no results. When am I going to get my money back?
