My name is Rohit Kumar and below is my complaint details:
1. I was not able to access the customer portal from internet... so I requested their help on 27th Dec. They said to send the screenshot of the error that I am facing and I did on the same day.
2. I called multiple times about my status and I get the same response from the customer executive to send again and again. I also sent couple of times.
3. I keep on calling and recently, I had a customer executive as if he is not at all responsible for any service. He also said, "DO WHAT EVER YOU WANT, YOU WANT TO GIVE COMPLAINT, THEN GIVE"
4. Most important thing is: all the details such as my father name, address etc.., are wrong.
Request to take appropriate action ASAP so that every customer executive should be responsible for their customer.
